i have another nyc creme for you today. i don't even know how long i've had this polish (at least 2 years), and this is my first time actually wearing it! i know, crazy. the reason it's taken me so long is that it looks like a lovely shade of plum in the bottle, but then on my fingers, it turns into this-

sunlight- most color-accurate

you can see that in direct sunlight, it looks plummy. but in any sort of shade or dim lighting, it just looks dull brown or black. not really my thing. i'm not much of a vampy polish lover. i like to stick to pastels, brights, metallics. . . . girly things. this is a little too sexy for me lol.

look how pretty it is in the bottle! sigh. . . . i might attempt to franken a shade that actually looks like the bottle color on me. it can't be too hard, right?
