sally hansen xtreme wear pacific blue has been one of my favorite polishes for a couple of years now (it's easy to see why). it's so bright, summery, saturated, and gorgeous. i inevitably wear it on my toes every summer. wanna know the best part? this is just one coat. yup. i will say the formula is kind of thick, but still somehow easy to apply and not streaky at all. i'm not wearing a top coat in these pics. . . . do you see how shiny it is??
i hope the amazing-ness of this polish (my #7 favorite polish as of right now) is coming through on your computer screen. or you could just go buy it for $2.50 at walmart or target (about $3 at drugstores) and see for yourself.
